Thoughtfully designed workshops for students who want to explore movement, breath, mindfulness, and wellbeing beyond a weekly class. Each experience offers more time to learn, practice, ask questions, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive studio setting.
Solyoga workshops are created for the moments when you want to slow down, deepen your understanding, or explore something new. Unlike a traditional class, each workshop focuses on a specific theme and gives you more space to learn through guided movement, discussion, reflection, and hands-on practice.
Some experiences may help you build strength or improve alignment, while others invite rest, creativity, meditation, or meaningful connection. You do not need an advanced practice to join—only curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself where you are.
Come for the movement, stay for the insight, and leave with something you can carry into everyday life.
Practice in an intimate setting where there is room for questions, personal support, and genuine community.
Spend more time exploring one meaningful topic without the pace or limitations of a traditional class.
Learn from experienced instructors and guest facilitators who bring warmth, knowledge, and intention to every experience.
Build a stronger understanding of foundational poses, alignment, transitions, and breath in a welcoming environment.
