Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

Solyoga is a modern yoga studio rooted in mindful movement, thoughtful teaching, and genuine community. We welcome every level, every body, and every season of life—from first-time students to those who have practiced for years. Our classes are intentionally designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress, and create more space within your day. More than anything, we want Solyoga to feel like a place where you can slow down, feel supported, and return to yourself.

Meet the humans behind the movement

Elena is known for her calm presence and deeply supportive teaching style. Her classes encourage students to soften, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies through slower movement, longer holds, and restorative practices.

Maya founded Solyoga with a vision of creating the kind of studio she always wanted to practice in—warm, beautiful, inclusive, and free from comparison. Her classes blend intentional movement, breathwork, and thoughtful sequencing to help students feel both grounded and strong.

Olivia is the welcoming face behind the front desk and often the first person you'll meet when you walk through our doors. She keeps the studio running smoothly, helps new students feel at home, and is always happy to answer questions about classes, memberships, and upcoming workshops.

Naomi Brooks

Instructor

Claire specializes in helping new students feel comfortable and confident on the mat. With a background in mobility and individualized movement, she offers clear instruction, thoughtful modifications, and private sessions tailored to each student's needs.

Naomi brings energy, encouragement, and a little bit of playfulness to every class. Her strength-focused flows are designed to challenge students in a way that feels empowering rather than intimidating, with plenty of options along the way.

Sofia helps students create more calm and clarity through accessible meditation and breathwork. Her sessions are practical, grounding, and designed for real people with busy minds—no previous experience or perfect silence required.
